My Story
Why I do this work.
My journey into naturopathy has been one of passion becoming a profession. Natural health has been part of my life for many years, and I was often the person family and friends turned to when they wanted to understand what was going on and explore natural ways to support their health. Formal study gave me the opportunity to build that passion on a strong scientific and clinical foundation.
I particularly enjoy bringing the different pieces of someone's health together, their history, symptoms, nutrition, lifestyle, physiology and, importantly, what they actually want to achieve, to understand where we can make the most meaningful difference. My clinical interests include conception and reproductive health, supported by advanced training in this area.
Before becoming a naturopath, I spent many years in demanding corporate leadership roles, working with tight deadlines, competing priorities and significant responsibilities. I also worked closely with many men in these environments, which gave me a practical understanding of how different people approach work, pressure and their own health.
I know how easily your own health can slip down the priority list when work, family and other responsibilities are constantly competing for attention. My approach is individual. I believe good naturopathic care should never follow a set formula, and I want you to leave a consultation knowing what we are focusing on, why it matters and what you can realistically do next.
